What support do you need? You are our clients and we wish to support you in any way we can. We cultivate and encourage an environment to help each other, so not only can you take advantage of our broker's knowledge and experience, there are several seasoned agents who can help answer those tough questions that you have.

Will I get leads? YES!!!
We have two lead generation programs that we are constantly refining to improve. We generate leads from our company website that we pass onto our agents (the big 3 don't do this) and we also provide a call capture program to help generate leads and track the marketing efforts of our agents.
Is there marketing support?
You bet. Not only can we provide you with property flyer templates, we can also help you generate exposure on the Internet by posting your listings on a variety of websites that are frequented by interested buyers.
We also use Lead Capture Technology that helps to get buyers and it's an excellent listing tool that sets you apart from your competitors.
What type of training is offered?
Training opportunities abound! We are members of the IBA (Independent Brokers Association) that has their own school and an affiliate relationship with Impact Your Sales Now. We also provide training on all areas of real estate, such as:
